SAISAM™: The Toolbox for Morphology

   

SAISAM™ is a toolbox which allows the user to easily and swiftly make morphometry measurements. The recording of measurements is automatically entered into tables eliminating the need for labour intensive data input.

Each tool is represented in the user interface as a single icon. You can count (mouse clicks) measure straight or curved lines, draw squares, rectangles, circles and ellipses.

Measurements can be made on a real time video display or an archived image.
 
 

Define the Measurements

SAISAM™ allows the user to define each measurement as a field. All subsequent similar measurements are stored in the same field.
 
 

Using the Results

All results are automatically stored into tables. The data is then processed with a simple statistics formula and can be displayed as graphs of various types.

Each table and graph can be easily exported to Excel or any other Windows application for further processing or insertion into a research report.

Images can be directly captured and easily associated with your results and reports
